Business Analyst- Intermediate
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst- Intermediate for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Business Analyst- Intermediate - Job Description:A
This role involves working on projects related to ServiceNow modules, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The Business Analyst will support existing processes and contribute to enhancing compliance and risk management frameworks through the creation and documentation of business requirements.
Business Analyst- Intermediate - Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow modules
- Create user stories and process maps
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data validation
- Develop Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD)
- Facilitate stakeholder management and communication
- Conduct data mapping and validation
- Prepare and execute test scenarios
Business Analyst- Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM modules
- Strong understanding of attestation, certification, and compliance processes
- Experience in requirements traceability and UAT support
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and Performance Analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in creating user stories and process maps
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Business Analyst- Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Public Sector experience
- Experience defining KPIs and executive reporting requirements
- Knowledge of audit controls and data privacy
- Familiarity with access controls and security requirements
- Experience in integration analysis
Business Analyst- Intermediate – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
