Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Labourer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction work, and the operation of heavy equipment. This role involves supporting diverse projects such as concrete forming, installing interlocking stone, hardscaping, lawn cutting etc. The successful applicant will be a reliable team player with a keen eye for detail and safety, ready to contribute to high-quality construction outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry tasks
- Aid in restoration projects by preparing surfaces and applying appropriate materials
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or related fields
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Skills in landscape construction
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation or access to job sites as required
- Prior experience of landscape construction
