Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our residential/commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various products and structures. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. The Painter will contribute to maintaining the aesthetic and protective qualities of our products, supporting overall efficiency and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure proper adhesion of paint or coatings
- Apply paint, primer, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all painting activities
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met before completing each project
Experience
- Prior experience in residential painting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise application of coatings
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to working with chemicals, paints, and industrial equipment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
