We are seeking driven Restoration Technicians who want more than just a job — this is an opportunity to build a career across all facets of restoration.
This role is not limited to water mitigation. You will be exposed to and trained in water, fire, mould remediation, and bio/trauma cleanup. We are a growing operation and need people who want to take ownership, develop their skillset, and grow with the business.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to emergency losses including water, fire, mould, and bio/trauma
- Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and structural drying
- Assist with fire/smoke cleaning and contents handling
- Support mould remediation and controlled demolition scopes
- Participate in bio/trauma cleanup following proper protocols and PPE standards
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying and air filtration equipment
- Document all work performed in job files and required systems
- Assist in developing scopes of work in the field
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years restoration or relevant construction experience
- IICRC certifications (required or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on challenging work
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, emergency response environment
- Solid communication skills
- Basic math and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

Additional Expectations
- Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
