CanWest Concrete Cutting & Coring is looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our growing team in the Leduc/Edmonton area.
Please note: Applicants must have experience in the concrete cutting and coring industry. Knowledge of concrete saws, demolition, and Safe cutting opperations will help gurantee your sucess in this role.
CanWest is willing to train the right candidate if they have concrete sawing experience and are looking to transition to the office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct project meetings and site visits while ensuring CanWest's policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with contract preparation, negotiations, change orders, revisions, and project documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from start to completion.
- Ensure all project documentation, invoicing, and billing are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with operations to deliver exceptional customer service and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the concrete cutting and coring industry (required).
- 1–2 years of sales experience.
- 1–2 years of project management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (required).
- Experience using Bluebeam Revu is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other standard Office applications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
