Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial and public spaces. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a safe, clean environment for clients and staff alike. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure timely completion of tasks
Skills
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is desirable
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
