Business Development Associate – Luxury Custom Menswear
SUITS AND CO. is a made-to-measure brand serving professionals, executives, and individuals who want to look their best. Whether for the boardroom or a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, we build complete wardrobes and custom pieces for clients across Metro Vancouver.
We're looking for a sharp, composed communicator to prospect new clients, manage our lead pipeline, handle outreach, and convert warm prospects into booked consultations.
What you'll do
Follow up with warm inbound leads generated through our Meta advertising campaigns by phone and email. Book and confirm in-person consultations. Keep our CRM clean and current. Reduce no-shows through proactive client communication. Support the sales process from first contact through appointment.
Who you are
You know how to find the right people, not just talk to them. You're comfortable owning a phone conversation and you follow up without being told twice. You understand that the product costs more because it's worth more, and you can communicate that with confidence. Experience in luxury retail or high-ticket sales is a strong asset.
Compensation
$18.50–$20/hour based on experience. 10–15% commission on closed sales. Performance bonuses available. Part-time, 20–25 hours per week with room to grow.
