Strong Base Group is a growing landscape construction and civil contractor looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.
Equipment Experience Required
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Skid Steers
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform excavation, grading, site preparation, and backfilling
- Read grades and work from site plans
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with foremen, supervisors, and site crews
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators, dozers, and skid steers
- Experience in landscape construction, site servicing, roadwork, or civil construction preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of site safety practices
- Valid G Driver’s License required
- AZ/DZ License is considered an asset
