N.A. Hemorrhoids Centre is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing specialty clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient communications, coordinating appointments, and supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Respond to emails, website inquiries, and online booking requests
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate patient follow-up communications
- Assist with patient intake and administrative documentation
- Support physicians and clinical staff with daily clinic operations
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Contribute to a positive patient experience from first contact to follow-up care
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proficient with computers, email, and scheduling software
- Previous medical, dental, or healthcare reception experience is an asset
- Experience with Jane App is an asset
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are a strong asset
