The Impact You'll Make
As a Hydraulic Technician/Mechanic, you’ll be the hands and mind behind the repair, rebuild, and troubleshooting of essential hydraulic components. Whether you’re restoring a pump to factory specs, diagnosing a tricky system fault, or learning the craft from our seasoned experts, your work will directly keep our customers’ operations running smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Rebuild and repair hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, valves, hydrostatic transmissions, and cylinders.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Perform precision measurements, inspections, and testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work with specialized tools and equipment for disassembly, cleaning, machining, and reassembly.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced repair techniques and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety protocols in all work.
What You'll Bring
- A strong interest in hydraulics and mechanical systems—whether you’re just starting out or already a seasoned pro.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt—training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Previous experience in hydraulics, heavy equipment repair, or industrial maintenance is an asset but not required.
