Duties
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cashiering responsibilities accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and organizing shelves
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking and arranging products attractively
- Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure the store remains safe and functional
- Use forklifts or other equipment as needed, with proper training provided
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure the store complies with safety and organizational standards
- Support other team members with various tasks as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, or maintenance is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
