Hydraulic Shop Specialist
Quebec City
$25–$30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Act as the in-shop expert for hydraulic products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hydraulic solutions
- Assemble industrial and hydraulic hoses according to customer specifications
- Ensure quality control of completed work
- Hook up hydraulic hoses
- Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and product orders
- Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate records
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Support excellent customer service and a positive team environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols
- Perform other related duties to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and components
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and hydraulic equipment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented
