As an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative at LiftBridge Collective, you will play a role in representing our partners in the telecommunications space. You’ll engage directly with customers in person, building genuine relationships while offering internet, cable TV, and wireless sales solutions that enhance their everyday lives and connectivity. Success here is built through in-person sales conversations, active listening, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative:
- Conduct in-person consultative interactions with customers to promote and sell telecommunications products and services as an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative
- Generate new customer accounts through effective sales strategies and build personal rapport
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through available product and service options (Internet, TV, and Wireless)
- Collaborate with your Sales Representative team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals laid out by the client
- Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and interpersonal skills through product familiarization and access to real-time client product updates
- Represent the LiftBridge Collective brand and our clients with professionalism and energy
