We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & ERP Operations Specialist to help us set up, organize, and improve our internal business systems.
This role will mainly work with Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and ERP/inventory management software. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with product data, inventory, accounting workflows, and e-commerce systems.
This is not a software developer position. We are looking for someone who understands how business systems work together and can help us implement practical solutions.
Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain products, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and customer information in Shopify and ERP systems
* Help build and maintain our Shopify website using existing themes and templates
* Configure product pages, collections, pricing, and basic B2B functions
* Assist with ERP setup, inventory tracking, warehouse transfers, and order workflows
* Guide us on QuickBooks Online for invoicing, sales records, customer accounts, and system integration.
* Help connect workflows between Shopify, ERP, and QuickBooks Online
* Test order, inventory, invoicing, and fulfillment processes
* Troubleshoot system and data issues
* Provide basic training and support to sales and warehouse staff
Qualifications
* Experience with Shopify
* Experience with QuickBooks Online
* Experience with an ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management system
* Comfortable working with SKUs, inventory, pricing, and product data
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Able to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot problems independently
* Good communication skills
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, building materials, or inventory-based businesses
* Experience implementing or configuring ERP systems
* Experience integrating Shopify with accounting or inventory systems
* Familiarity with barcode, warehouse, or multi-location inventory management

You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable learning and configuring cloud-based business software and understanding how different systems connect.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
