Crafty Ramen Market is hiring a Production Supervisor to help lead our production team during assigned shifts. If you’re an organized, hands-on leader with experience supervising teams in food production, manufacturing, or a fast-paced operational environment, we’d love to hear from you! This role is responsible for providing day-to-day direction and support to Production Team Members while ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Crafty Ramen’s standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, commissary kitchen, or a similar environment
- Supervisory or leadership experience, including coaching, training, or supporting team members
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example with professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable monitoring attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and escalate concerns when needed
- Experience supporting scheduling, labour deployment, employee training, or performance feedback preferred
- Knowledge of SOPs, HACCP, GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality standards preferred
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as the primary point of contact for Production Team Members during assigned shifts
Providing day-to-day supervision, direction, and support to team members to ensure production goals are achieved
Monitoring attendance, punctuality, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures
Addressing minor performance concerns in the moment through coaching and constructive feedback
Escalating ongoing performance, staffing, quality, safety, equipment, or production concerns to management in a timely manner
Assisting with employee training, onboarding, cross-training, and skills development
Conducting shift start-up meetings to communicate production priorities, safety reminders, and operational updates
- Ensuring team members follow Standard Operating Procedures, food safety requirements, and workplace safety standards
- Delegating tasks effectively and holding team members accountable for completing work to expected standards
- Supporting performance reviews by providing feedback on employee performance, strengths, and development opportunities
- Assisting in investigating and documenting quality, safety, or operational incidents
- Supporting scheduling adjustments, break coordination, and labour deployment to ensure adequate line coverage throughout the shift
- Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and respect in alignment with Crafty Ramen’s values
- Leading by example by demonstrating professionalism, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adherence to company standards

Experience:
- Food production, manufacturing, commissary kitchen, or similar environment: 1 year preferred
- Supervisory, leadership, coaching, or training experience: 1 year preferred
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- HACCP or food safety training preferred
