Global Village Victoria is currently hiring enthusiastic and professional EAL instructors for our busy summer season. Opportunities are available in both our Teen Program and Adult General English classes from July 20 to August 14, 2026.
Successful applicants must already be based in Victoria and available to attend in-person training in early July.

Accredited by Languages Canada and the B.C. Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU), Global Village requires all instructors to possess the following credentials:
- University Degree from a recognized university
- Approved TESL Training Certification with supervised practicum (min 120-hour course)
- Preference will be given to those with at least 1-2 years of experience teaching multicultural EAL classes, but is not a necessity
- Ability to produce a clean police record check upon offer
- Ability to sign a Declaration of Suitability to Work with Minors upon offer
