As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team!
What You Will Do:
- Process tills and prepare daily deposits.
- Post receipts (deals, customer AR, warranty receipts, OEM payments)
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Following up on outstanding invoices based on AR statements.
- Process and post vehicle sales
- Complete lien payouts on acquired vehicles
- Floorplan management
- Reconcile credit cards and post payables
- Prepare cheques
- Assist with other tasks as needed, based on management requirements and instructions.
What You Bring:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum of 3-5 years of dealership accounting experience is an asset
- Experience working with the PBS Dealership Management System is an asset
- Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
