The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle check-in to completion. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, establishing a positive rapport.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services, ensuring customer understanding.
- Prepare repair orders, estimate costs, and communicate timelines clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance that benefit the customer's vehicle while maintaining integrity.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage billing procedures.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions for future reference.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive repair techniques, dealership promotions, and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or mechanic experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Proven sales ability with experience in upselling services or products.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $38,706.83-$91,934.91 per year
