We are seeking two skilled, reliable, and safety‑focused Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in residential construction, takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, and works well independently or as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:
- Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks with precision
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Install doors, windows, trim, flooring, and other building components
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with site supervisors and trades to meet project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges on-site
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years carpentry experience (journey person preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and best practices
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Starting wage is $35 to $45 per hour depending on experience
