Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve workflow efficiency
- Oversee forklift operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations during heavy lifting and material handling
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, inventory adjustments, and safety incidents using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently; familiarity with forklift operation is required
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and process improvement initiatives
- Data analysis skills for monitoring KPIs, analyzing workflow data, and supporting continuous improvement efforts
- Strong understanding of purchasing, packaging, order picking processes, and customer service principles
