Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Supervisor to lead our dynamic Building Maintenance cleaning service team in a fast-paced, quick service environment. This is a rotating shift position. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of the quality and safety. Duties
- Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service
- Lead, motivate, and train staff on site preparation, customer service, Microsoft 365 systems and safety protocols
- Oversee quality standards in a quick service or casual environment
- Manage inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safety standards and cleaning procedures
- Support staff training and development through coaching, performance feedback, and conducting interviews for new team members.
- Monitor customer feedback to resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to budgeting efforts by controlling labor costs and managing operational expenses effectively
Skills
- Proven experience in Building Maintenance and cleaning service management within a quick service or casual setting
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in the Building maintenance and cleaning industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally Knowledge of inventory control.
- Ability to train staff effectively.
- Experience with staff interviewing, training & development, and team management strategies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in, shift management, and operational procedures

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
