Patient Experience Coordinator |Elevation Physiotherapy & Wellness
Our Mission
To empower our community to return to the activities they love—without the need for harmful painkillers, injections, or invasive surgeries.
The Opportunity
Are you tired of "dead-end" jobs and uninspiring 9-to-5 routines?
We are a premier, family-owned private practice , and we are looking for a high-energy Patient Experience Coordinator to join our award-winning team.
We don't just provide treatment; we provide an "awesome" experience. We are looking for the face of our company—someone who is ready to take charge of their career and grow with us.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As the heartbeat of our clinic, you will manage the daily flow of patient care and clinic growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being the welcoming face and voice of our clinic, managing high-volume calls with warmth and professionalism.
Expertly scheduling appointments and booking initial assessments to ensure our patients get the care they need promptly.
Processing invoices, managing billing, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks run like clockwork.
Collaborating on innovative marketing ideas and social media (Instagram/Facebook) to attract new patients and share our success stories.
Acting as a liaison to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels like family.
This is NOT for you if:
You are just looking for a paycheck.
You prefer a quiet, "clock-in, clock-out" environment.
You aren't passionate about health, wellness, and helping people.
This IS for you if:
You are tech-savvy and learn new systems with ease.
You want to be part of a ROCKSTAR team that feels like family.
You are a "solutions person" who loves a good challenge.
You want to grow professionally into a leadership role within a growing business.
You have a creative spark and understand how to use social media to build a brand.
Patient Experience Coordinator: Initial Screening
Instructions for Candidate: To help us get to know you better, please include the answers to these 5 questions in your application. Keep it brief, authentic, and high-energy!
1. The "Mission" Check
Our goal is to help people avoid surgery and painkillers. In two sentences, why does that mission matter to you personally?
2. The "Multi-Tasker" Scenario
The phone is ringing, a patient is standing in front of you waiting to pay their invoice, and a therapist just asked you to re-book a patient’s initial assessment. How do you handle those 60 seconds of "chaos"?
3. The Tech & Social Test
On a scale of 1–10 (10 being an expert), how comfortable are you with:
Instagram/Facebook for business?
Learning new scheduling or billing software?
Creating a quick "story" or post to celebrate a patient’s success?
4. The "Face of the Company" Role
If a potential patient calls and says, "I'm not sure if Physio is right for me, I've tried everything," what is the first thing you would say to them?
5. Availability & Ambition
We are looking for a long-term asset, not a temporary fix. What is one professional goal you want to achieve in the next 12 months?
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
