Overview
We are seeking an individual for our Steinbach location, to provide fast, friendly service by actively dealing with customers to assess their needs and act as a liaison between the customer and shop.
Key Responsibilities
· Management and team development; Manage store personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
·Sales and Growth; identify new revenue opportunities, support outside sales, develop customer relationships
· Operations and Compliance; ensure smooth daily operations, manage service and repair schedule including all required paperwork and communication
Key Skills and Experience
· Experience in managing teams
· Strong business acumen, financial analysis and strategic planning skills
· Strong communication, organization, problem solving/critical thinking skills
· Have a passion for growing relationships through customer service
