WellNurtureMD is a physician-led clinic in Moncton focused on hormone health, healthy aging and preventive medicine for men and women. We work closely with a compounding pharmacy partner and a multidisciplinary team to build individualized treatment plans our clients actually stick with.
OVERVIEW
Join our healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in client care. In this role you'll provide comprehensive medical services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver compassionate care to our clients. Your proactive approach and clinical skills will help ensure strong health outcomes while fostering a supportive environment for clients and colleagues alike.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medical management of hormone replacement therapy for men and women, alongside other lifestyle interventions that support long-term health
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate case management and ensure continuity of care
- Use electronic health records for documentation, order entry and client tracking
- Educate clients on their symptoms, health conditions, treatment plan and ongoing follow-up
- Support compliance with medical standards, scope of practice and safety protocols
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current registration and licence to practise as a Nurse Practitioner in New Brunswick (NANB), or eligibility to register
- Hands-on clinical experience - acute care settings such as hospital or emergency departments is an asset
- A caring, compassionate and professional presence with clientele
- Strong case management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex client needs across multiple providers
- Familiarity with medical office operations, electronic health records and medical terminology
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset in our community
TRAINING PROVIDED
No prior hormone therapy experience required. Education in hormone restoration therapy is provided in-house, under the guidance of physicians certified in this field.
This position is an excellent fit for a motivated Nurse Practitioner eager to use their full clinical skill set while making a positive impact on clients' lives every day.

- Master's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- clinical: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English is mandatory and French is beneficial (preferred)

- licenced with the New Brunswick Nurses Association (required)
