Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing, warehouse experience, or assembly to contribute to a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Candidates should possess mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools. Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings is preferred. Duties & Responsibilities
- Load cannabis flower and other materials into production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- Inspect pre-rolls for weight, appearance, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major mechanical problems to maintenance staff.
- Record production data, batch information, downtime, and quality-control results.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements governing cannabis production.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Work with quality assurance and production teams to meet daily production targets.
- Handle cannabis materials securely and accurately while maintaining inventory control.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
