Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanics, dealership operations, and possess strong mechanical knowledge to perform a variety of tasks in the automotive repair industry.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using schematics and diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete repairs efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks related to automotive repair
- Welding tasks as required
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repair work
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting
- Customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Capable of assembling and disassembling vehicle parts accurately
- Experience with heavy lifting tasks in an automotive setting
