Mr Foundation Inc. is a locally owned construction company specializing in foundation repair and small-scale construction and excavation. We're looking for a reliable, experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our crew and help us deliver quality work on residential and light commercial job sites.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and forklifts to move materials and complete project tasks
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment; identify and report any mechanical issues
- Assist with automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure equipment functionality
- Support site safety by following all operational guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment
- Read blue prints and locates
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Experience
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, excavators, or loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Familiarity with automotive repair or troubleshooting is a plus
- Valid certification or licensing for forklift operation and commercial driving is preferred
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and site management
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
