Body & Soul Spa is a locally owned spa and wellness business in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service in a clean, relaxing, and professional environment. Our services include manicures, pedicures, facials, Asian Head Spa treatments, relaxation massage, and other beauty and wellness services.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Spa Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
- Provide facials and skincare treatments.
- Perform Asian Head Spa and scalp treatments.
- Provide relaxation body massage (non-registered massage therapy).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after services.
- Recommend appropriate products and services to clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more spa or esthetic services is preferred.
- Certificate or diploma in esthetics, spa therapy, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and treatments.
