AMK Global is hiring a skilled and self-sufficient Sous Chef for a premium confidential seasonal property in British Columbia.
This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who can start right away, enjoys working independently, in nature-based setting with potential to annual contract.
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations at a seasonal golf resort
- Lead a small team of cooks and kitchen helpers
- Prepare and serves an established menu with quality and consistency
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and consistency
- Handle inventory, uphold kitchen standards, and manage service with little supervision
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as Sous Chef or similar roles
- Confident working independently in remote or seasonal settings
- Skilled in rustic, upscale, or casual fine dining cuisine
- Strong leadership with the ability to run a small, efficient team
- Available immediately for the season
