Duties
- Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and construction settings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform wiring and fixture installation tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution
- Support the setup and troubleshooting of low voltage systems such as alarms, communication lines, and control panels
- Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment on-site
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical components to identify potential issues or hazards
- Maintain organized records of work performed and materials used during projects
Experience
- Previous experience working with residential electrical systems or in construction environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is preferred
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring and electrical safety standards is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
