Week 1 - Monday – Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm
Week 2 – Monday – Friday 1:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday 7:00am- 12:00pm

Currently we are seeking an afternoon Parts & Service Support Coordinator to join our team in Strathroy, Ontario. This role supports our maintenance and operations departments during the afternoon shift, ensuring seamless service continuity, accurate parts handling, and timely coordination of repairs for our fleet and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform parts price checking and maintain accurate cost records.
- Enter service work orders and update maintenance records in the company TMS system.
- Coordinate on-road repairs, working with drivers and external service providers to minimize downtime.
- Distribute and organize parts for maintenance staff once the day shift Parts & Service Support Coordinator concludes their shift.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory area.
- Support the operations and maintenance teams with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, mechanics, operations staff and vendors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in parts, service, or fleet maintenance preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient with computers and general data entry.
- Ability to work in person at our Strathroy, Ontario location.
