Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your portfolio spans a diverse range of clinical and support services, providing the opportunity to connect teams, strengthen programs, and influence care delivery across areas such as Recreation Therapy, Volunteer Services, the Staffing Office, the Centre for Lung Health, and five of the site’s 17 care units. You will champion quality, safety, and clinical excellence by leading improvement initiatives, supporting accreditation and regulatory requirements, monitoring performance, and promoting evidence-informed practices. Through thoughtful decision-making and proactive problem-solving, you will help address complex challenges and advance priorities that support safe, compassionate, person-centered care. This is an opportunity for a confident and adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
