Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- All aspects relating to Carpentry from beginning, middle to end of project(s).
- Read and interpret plans and drawings.
- Carpenters are expected to lead by example for less experienced workers.
- Adhere to health and safety best practices, safe job procedures / safe work practices, company policy and site rules.
- Contribute to good housekeeping.
Qualifications:
· Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial.
- Prior leadership experience considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Fall protection training and certification considered an asset.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive and team player.
- Safety oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
