Morrey Auto Body & Glass has been a staple in the Burnaby community for over two decades. We are a premier body shop with a new state of the art facility. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to help our customers with their collision and glass needs. The right candidate will be trained to take over the Glass Advisor position from our current CSR.
Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Submitting and reconciling claims with ICBC and related insurers
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Generating repair orders for vehicles
- Accurately and efficiently order parts for required repairs
- Posting repair invoices and parts returns
- Initiating glass insurance claims
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- All other tasks as requested
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service an asset
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Understanding of insurance claims processes an asset, ICBC preferred
