Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing various manual tasks to support maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
- Operate simple hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Help with site preparation, including setting up equipment and materials
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist in moving supplies and materials around the work site as needed
- Perform other manual tasks to support project completion efficiently
Experience
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
