Job Summary:
Join our team at Bo's Sandwich Club as a Sandwich Club Expert, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and delicious sandwiches to our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Operate the POS system accurately to process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Uphold food safety standards and procedures
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
Skills:
- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment
- Ability to sanitate work areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
We are a small fun team who work together to deliver amazing unique food and experience to our fine customers. Applicants must possess food skills along with being comfortable with customer service.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
