At Nixon Automotive, we don’t just handle repair orders, we live and breathe the precision engineering of BMW and MINI. We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor who genuinely loves European performance, knows the difference between an N55 and a B58, and wants to lead a service desk where talking shop with clients who care about their cars is part of the daily routine.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong Customer Service & Communication: Ability to translate complex European engineering into plain English for our clients.
- Technical Aptitude: You don't need to be a master tech, but you should understand (or be highly motivated to learn) the common pain points of modern BMW/MINI platforms (like turbo systems, cooling loops, and intricate electrical networks).
- The Essentials: Expertly estimate vehicle issues, present multi-stage repair recommendations clearly, and close work ethically.
- Workflow Ownership: Confident handling OEM and aftermarket parts sourcing, tight job scheduling, and seamless shop/technician coordination.
- Reliable & Punctual: A natural problem solver who keeps their cool when the shop gets busy.
- BMW/MINI Experience: Brand-specific experience or familiarity with specialized Euro diagnostic workflows is a massive asset, but we will train the right passionate candidate.
- High-Paced Environment: Must be able to thrive, multi-task, and keep production moving in a specialized, independent shop setting.
