Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial, residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including blueprint reading and working with schematics, and possess experience with low voltage systems, power tools, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects such as renovations, construction, and electrical upgrades, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations. The Electrician will play a vital role in supporting operational efficiency through expert electrical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately install or repair electrical systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in industrial or commercial environments.
- Work with low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation processes.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks.
- Assist with renovation projects by upgrading existing electrical systems or installing new wiring.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with construction teams or contractors during new builds or remodeling projects.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or construction settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and low voltage systems.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation controls is advantageous.
- Experience working on renovation projects or in construction environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Handyman experience or general construction skills are beneficial but not required.

Pay: $21.11-$42.22 per hour
