The Opportunity
The Vehicle Detailer will be a key contributor to ensuring VISA provides the highest quality product to our Grand Prairie customers. This position will be based in the VISA Rentals and Leasing office in Grand Prairie, Alberta. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm as required.
Position Attributes & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for thoroughly cleaning, washing and detailing all VISA vehicles in the Grand Prairie location. The cleanliness of our vehicles is vital to our customer experience and satisfaction. This is a field support position whereby the individual in this role must possess the following attributes:
- Highschool education
- Attention to detail with consistent quality of work
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English
- Prior vehicle detailing experience (preferred)
- Valid provincial driver license (required)
Position Summary
As the Vehicle Detailer, you will have direct accountability for the cleanliness of the fleet while working collaboratively with the Grand Prairie rental team to ensure vehicles are ready for our customers. Generally, the Vehicle Detailer is responsible for:
· Receiving vehicles off rentals and preparing them for detailing
· Identifying any damage to vehicles and notifying the rental team
· Completing the cleaning of vehicles both interior and exterior in a timely and efficient manner
· Prioritizing work to ensure customer and business needs are met
· Operating vehicles for transfers
· Other administrative and operational tasks as required
