The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field e.g., Health Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or Neuroscience, with 3 years of related professional experience. One year of research operations experience is preferred. Previous research or service experience with individuals and/or families with mental health and addictions issues is an asset. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including, research and clinical staff and research administrative personnel
Highly detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and good judgment and effectively work independently while supporting a fast-paced, high-functioning work environment and monitoring personal and team-level deliverables
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Forms, Word, and PowerPoint.
Well-honed time management skills with the ability to efficiently multi-task and produce high-quality, accurate work while meeting deadlines, maintaining flexibility to changing priorities and remaining solution-focused. Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects is ideal.
A strong understanding of Quality Assurance practices and Research Ethics Board procedures is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Familiarity with Finance procedures, along with the ability to manage budgetary data is an asset.
Ability to work effectively in a variety of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hiring Salary Range: $65,260.62 – $81,575.78 per year ( based on qualifications and experience )
- Full Salary Range: $65,260.62 – $97,890.93 per year ( reflecting potential growth within the role )
