Powder Coater / Industrial Painter
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00/hour
Shift: Flexible Morning & Afternoon Shifts (Saturday availability required as needed)
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating or painting.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Ensure coatings are applied evenly and meet quality standards.
- Operate and monitor curing ovens and related equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality and perform touch-ups when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques and coating equipment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Able to work flexible morning or afternoon shifts and Saturdays when required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
