The Fall Student - Junior Marketing Technology Coordinator - will be based out of our Canadian office in Oakville (1075 North Service Rd West), reporting to the Marketing Technology & Analytics Coordinator and VP of Marketing & Business Development.
This is a hybrid role, with occasional in-office meetings or events as required. In person attendance is required for Orientation week.
Responsibilities
- Platform & Technical Support: Assist with the administration and effective use of marketing platforms and digital tools, supporting integrations, organization, and system quality checks.
- Content Management: Support updating and managing digital content across the Roth IAMS website and media platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of online assets.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email communications, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the organization and review of marketing and engagement data to assist with performance tracking and reporting.
- CRM Support: Assist with maintaining CRM data quality, including contact updates, data cleanup, list preparation, and general support for marketing and business development activities.
- Collaboration: Work in coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to support delivery of project goals.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing team to support departmental objectives.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Currently enrolled in a University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, or a related field
- MarTech Knowledge: understanding of CMS / CRM platform
- Data Management: Strong skills in organizing, analyzing, and managing datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Research Skills: Proficient in researching and extracting relevant information from sources.
- Database Management: Experience in maintaining comprehensive databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate project progress and outcomes effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development, and other relevant departments.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work, especially when dealing with project documentation.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Initiative and Drive: Proactive attitude with a drive to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to the project.
