Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Flatbed Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, managing transport requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Dispatch flatbed trucks efficiently across Canada and the USA.
- Plan and coordinate loads to maximize driver productivity and profitability.
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates.
- Resolve any issues related to scheduling, delays, or customer service.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Flatbed Dispatcher.
- Strong knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry.
- Proficiency with dispatch and load board software, including Xpert Dispatch, Loadlink, and DAT Load Board.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
