Location: Red Deer County, Alberta

We're looking for a dependable, self motivated, detail-oriented Lighting Sales & Support Staff to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day—interacting with customers, handling products, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and help them find the right lighting products for their needs
- Answer questions, suggest solutions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Receive and unpack product shipments; inspect for damage or defects, create and handle defective product RMA’s
- Manage and respond to emails in professional, timely manner
- Clean and organize showroom, displays and stock
- Troubleshoot customer issues, track down products, communicate clearly
- Place and track orders with suppliers
- Keep inventory organized and up to date
- Help maintain a clean and professional showroom environment
- Pitch in wherever needed—this is a true team role!
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to learn
- Self motivated, good at problem solving, able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Good communication skills (in-person and by phone/email)
- Basic computer skills (for order entry, email, etc.)
- Comfortable lifting boxes, climbing ladders and working on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in lighting, design, or home improvement is a bonus!
