The Outside Fire Protection Salesperson is responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role offers opportunities to leverage expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and customer relationship management to achieve measurable success in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation package will start at $34.85 per hour plus commission, vehicle allowance, cell phone and gas card. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Considerate and professional conduct
- Service existing accounts and search/secure new business opportunities
- Determine needs, research products and generate quotes
- Co-ordinate customer requirements, deadlines and concerns with colleagues/vendors
- Place and pull orders, load vehicles as needed
- Support, promote and attend vendor/customer events
- Stay informed on new products/services
- Set and achieve professional goals/targets
- Solution driven
Skills:
- 1-2 years in Inside Sales, plus knowledge of shipping/receiving and counter sales roles
- Proven experience in B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of the project pricing system and commercial quotations is required
- Previous sales experience with commercial and residential customers is preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Demonstrated ability in territory management, inside/outside sales coordination, and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of plumbing sales environment is a required; familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated sales experience working within the plumbing and Fire Protection products industry
- Driven, results-based seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of sales success
- High capability to work with C-suite decision makers to gain successful alignment
- Strong abilities to properly develop, support and grow dealer network(s) for all verticals
