Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. Availability to work on Monday,Wednesday & Saturday is preferred. If a candidate is able to work on Sundays then that option is available as well .The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and assist in maintaining a smooth and efficient dental office environment. Responsibilities
- Perform Perio charting,professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take digital dental xrays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental management software
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
- Manage patient scheduling and ensure a positive patient experience through excellent customer service
- Support pediatric patients and adapt communication techniques for different age groups
Experience
- Prior experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Tracker dental practice management software is highly desirable
- Experience with orthodontics, pediatrics, or general dentistry enhances suitability for this role
- Previous experience providing exceptional patient service in Dental Hygiene
- CDHO Certification
Pay: $48.00-$54.00 per hour
