We are a growing custom uniforms and apparel company dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to schools, sports teams, businesses, and organizations. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker & Receiver to join our team.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Order Picker & Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving incoming inventory, organizing products within the warehouse, and picking customer orders for production and shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities Receiving
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Verify packing slips against purchase orders.
- Label and organize incoming inventory.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain clean and organized receiving and storage areas.
Order Picking & Fulfillment
- Pick apparel, uniforms, and accessories accurately according to order sheets.
- Prepare orders for decoration, production, or shipment.
- Ensure products, sizes, colors, and quantities match customer requirements.
- Package completed orders for delivery or customer pickup.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain organized inventory locations.
- Assist with seasonal inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
- Support other warehouse and production team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems are an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
