We are a locally owned and operated optometry clinic in the heart of Osborne Village, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team.
What does a typical day look like as an Optometric Assistant?
- Greeting patients warmly and helping them feel comfortable
- Booking appointments and keeping patient records up to date
- Answering phones, emails, and faxes
- Assisting patients before their eye exam (collecting medical history, images, and measurements)
- Handling payments, insurance claims, and health billings
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and end-of-day reports

This is a full-time, permanent position. Our clinic is currently open Monday to Friday. Previous experience is an asset, but we welcome all applicants who love working with people, and are eager to learn and grow with us.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
