Parts Coordinator – Niverville Autobody Ltd.
Niverville Autobody Ltd. is looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our collision repair team.
We are looking for someone with strong automotive parts knowledge who can confidently manage the parts process from estimating through vehicle completion.
What You’ll Do
- Use automotive parts catalogues and estimating systems to accurately identify required parts
- Be able to manage parts orders fit the MPI Parts Autonomy requirements
- Source parts from OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and other suppliers
- Compare pricing, availability, quality, and delivery times
- Order and track parts to ensure they arrive when needed
- Verify parts received are correct and undamaged
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, suppliers, and management
- Handle backorders, incorrect parts, returns, credits, and warranty issues
- Monitor parts availability and identify potential delays before they affect the repair schedule
- Maintain accurate parts records and documentation
- Help keep the repair process moving efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive parts experience is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components
- Ability to confidently navigate and use automotive parts catalogues
- Experience with automotive parts sourcing and procurement
- Familiarity with OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
- Collision repair experience is a strong asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced collision repair environment
