Innovative Stonecraft Inc. is a growing Saskatoon-based manufacturer of architectural stone veneer products. We supply builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors across Western Canada.
We are looking for an energetic and organized Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our customers, sales team, and day-to-day order management.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who wants to develop experience in sales, customer service, and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare quotes and enter customer orders.
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer requests.
- Assist customers with product selection, samples, pricing, and availability.
- Support outside sales representatives with customer accounts and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production and shipping regarding order status and pickup dates.
- Maintain customer information, pricing, and sales records.
- Help develop relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, and other customers.
- Assist with general sales and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, sales, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good computer skills and comfortable learning CRM/accounting software.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required.
